Job Description
Responsible for daily operations of units with direct supervision to monitor Craft employee's for day to day work flow and provides direction using established policies and procedures to ensure that projects are completed on schedule.
Basic Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or GED with three (3) years work related experience applicable to Shipbuilding Craft work or an Ingalls Apprentice Graduate applicable to Craft work. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
Must be able to work any assigned shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some supervisory experience
- Basic computer skills and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and management
