Job Description
This is a CONTINGENT/UNFUNDED position, pending contract award.
HII Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst to come join our team supporting military operations in the beautiful Colorado Springs, CO area.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
Joint Training Exercise Evaluation Program support role to include full project planning and execution tracking support, including inter-task dependencies, progress and milestone tracking, critical path analysis.
In-Progress Review meeting support, including required and recommended attendees, graphic representation of project status and progress, and data-driven identification of critical decision points.
Post-project implementation and archive support, including best practice process analysis, lessons learned and corrective action documentation, and lateral application to other projects.
MS Project or equivalent tracking for 4 projects, one each in Campaigning, Integration, Assessments, and Futures
Minimum Qualifications
10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or other relevant certification
Proficiency in:
MS Project
Power BI
HQ Platforms
Knowledge in:
Strategic level guidance and policy
Experience in DOD training exercises and wargames
JSPS
- TS/SCI Security Clearance required
