Position : Sales / Admin Assistant

Job Summary :

The Sales / Admin Assistant is crucial in supporting both the sales team and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations.

Most sales and administrative assistants are responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, data tracking, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry
  • Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
  • Research and collect information
  • Assist with all budget activities, including accounting
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks related to sales processes.
  • Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
  • Conduct fiscal reviews, surveys, and collect information on administrative matters
  • Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports
  • Maintain meeting minutes
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
  • Performs Administrative duties such as workflow, data tracking, client support, email and not limited to other administrative operations.
  • Prepares spreadsheet and keep online records
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Help implement new sales programs, procedures, methods, and systems.
  • Provides operational and administrative support to assigned business unit
  • Maintains records and prepares ad hoc documents / packages to be mailed
  • Coordinates and organizes workflow of department projects
  • Develops and maintains administration procedures, manuals, and office files
  • Coordinates facilities support
  • Adhere to company policies and work standards
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

  • High school diploma is usually required. An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university is usually preferred, but not required
  • Ability to type a certain rate of words per minute
  • Familiarity with graphic design and desktop publishing
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office and / or Google Workspace
  • Ability to write persuasively
  • Prepare accurate reports

Job details :

  • Employment Type : Contract
  • Duration : 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
  • Compensation : Given the full-time support required, the projected monthly income ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000.
  • Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, adhering to a night shift to align with US Time Zones- Multiple shifts available (5 AM 2 PM PST / 5 : 30 PM 2 : 30 AM IST) (8AM 5PM PST / 8 : 30 PM TO 5 : 30AM).

Additionally, schedule may be changed contingent upon the role requirement.

  • Location : Remote (Work from Home)
  • Internet Requirements : A minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps is required, with a LAN connection recommended for optimal performance.
