As a member of our Machine/facility Sanitation team you will sanitize not only the machines we use to make the novelties everyone loves, but you'll keep our facility clean and free of any pathogenic agents to maintain the quality and safety of our products.

- Shift: 11pm-7am; Sunday-Thursday or Monday through Friday, Some mandatory Fridays/Saturdays
- Wage: $21.60/hour; $23.10/hour for 1st Year Employee (Subject to Union Contract Provisions)

- Job Type: Full-time, 90-day probationary period
- Union: Teamsters Local 600; Must join union after 30 days
Packer Duties:
- Cleaning of Tunnel, Gram, Cup, Sandwich, and Vitaline machines
- Cleaning of freezers, tanks, fruit feeders, vats, pumps, lines and tubing, pasteurizer, homogenizer, and related equipment
- Cleaning of floors, drains, walls, ceiling, and exterior of equipment throughout the entire facility
- C.I.P. systems, floor scrubber, foamer, C.O.P. wash tanks
- Flavoring mix with fruit and flavor concentrates
- Receiving mix and operating (HTST) pasteurizing systems.
- Trash pick-up and removal
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by management
Education/Experience:
- Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes.
- High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Sanitation experience preferred
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
Qualifications/Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to start up and shut down all of the production pasteurization equipment
- Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions, technical manuals, and oral instructions related to the operation and cleaning of the production equipment.
- Ability to lift, push, pull product weighing up to fifty pounds out of confined spaces and occasionally having to lift product overhead.
- Must be able to pass a post-offer hair drug test, alcohol screening, and physical exam.
