Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Update existing materials across a variety of programs including InDesign and PowerPoint.
- Create new materials from templates.
- Apply formatting and styles to templates to ensure consistency throughout the document
- Create and update charts, diagrams, or other visuals.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines.
- Communicate project status, identify potential issues, and ask questions to ensure the timely completion of each project
- Collaborate with client account management team to make client revisions to materials.
- Finalize final files for printing and/or electronic publication.
- Review and proof designs for errors and accuracy.
- Assist with other design projects as assigned.
- High school or bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated proficiency in InDesign and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite products (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Creativity skills with attention to detail; must have a good eye for how graphics and text will look to create layouts that are visually appealing, legible, and easy to read.
- Excellent time management and project management skills; must be able to manage multiple projects, work under strict deadlines, be good at scheduling and prioritizing tasks, and communicate any workload issues to manager.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Technology-minded/fast learner regarding new systems.
- Work samples and skills assessment required.
