What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Hilco Technologies?
We are looking for great machine operators, for our Hard Coat Line. Hours are 5:00AM - 3:15PM , Monday - Thursday with the possibility of overtime on Friday
Run and Troubleshoot process to ensure quality parts are being produced
Maintain proper Hard Coat process
Robot set-up and programming for optimizing film thickness and minimize Hardcoat usage for production.
Maintain operation of loading and offloading production
Ensure coating material is properly identified and stored in proper containers
Assure coating material viscosity is maintained at proper levels
Assist in maintaining maintenance of clean room and robot equipment
Ensure adherence to ISO procedures, policies and work instructions
Maintain cleanliness of work area
Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 30- 50 pounds
