Construction Manager/Project Coordinator

Hill International is seeking a Construction Manager/Project Coordinator in Baton Rouge, Louisianna

• To act as construction manager / project coordinator on a portion of all capital outlay projects from inception of request through budget development, programming, design, construction, completion, and warranty.
• Work closely with Facility Planning and Control Project Managers to supplement their work efforts to provide functional oversight over contracted designers, contractors, and other professional consultants for projects in the state program or in the oversight of entities under the non-state program.
• Receives administrative direction from Facility Planning and Control Senior Manager or equivalent or higher level administrator.

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field plus five years of construction management experience or a
  high school diploma plus ten years of construction management experience with a project management firm, contractor, etc.
