Sr Scheduler

Hill International is seeking a Sr Scheduler in Los Angeles, California

• Performs complex reviews and analysis of contractor's schedules for contract compliance, writes and reviews comments, updates staff on contractor's performance, evaluates time impacts.
• Review project schedule submittals by Design and Contractor Teams
• Perform independent analysis of submitted schedules for Owner
• Facilitate coordination on interface issues between multiple projects
• Identify, understand and apply the relevant sections of the contract to each claim
• Assist with change order and claims dispute

• 10 years or more of scheduling experience with 5 plus years in direct support of an active construction project.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Relevant Professional Licensure & Certifications are strongly preferred.
• Requires advanced use of Oracle Primavera Software, along with related software tools such as Schedule Analyzer, Microsoft Project, Claims Digger, etc.
• Demonstrated experience completing forensic schedule analyses of the design and construction of large-scale, complex heavy civil, vertical and horizontal projects, particularly for assessment of delay claims and potential owner's liabilities
• Demonstrated experience scheduling for multiple concurrent and interrelated projects
• Demonstrated experience in probabilistic scheduling and project/program schedule risk analysis
• Ability to effectively communicate technical and schedule related information in oral and written form to non-expert audiences
• Hands-on experience with creating dashboards and graphic reports for program/projects progress and performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other subject matter experts and resources to support owner's evaluation of claims
• Prior experience in aviation and large transportation projects, is highly desirable
• Proven accuracy, reliability, and completeness in job accomplishment

The salary range for this position is $120,000-$155,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
