High Level Job Description:

The central regional maintenance director position in North Carolina is responsible for general oversight of facility maintenance for facilities assigned to this region (Raleigh, Smithfield, Louisburg, Dunn, Henderson). While this position does not supervise staff, the incumbent is expected to work closely with facility maintenance directors. This will include but is not limited to:

· Being on call 24/7

· Traveling to each of the facilities within assigned region, which may include occasional overnight travel

· Providing solutions-oriented guidance to maintenance directors

· As time and primary work schedule allows, provide hands on assistance to troubleshoot and/or make repairs

· Performing mock life-safety and cosmetic surveys/inspections

· Be able to complete computerized reports (preferable experience in the TELS system)

· Lead bi-weekly regional calls with maintenance directors and various levels of leadership
