Essential Job Functions:

  • Post payments received to appropriate resident accounts.
  • Process and post daily charge slip to residents' accounts.
  • Verify accuracy of daily deposits slips, debits, credits, etc.; issued to each resident.
  • Prepare and mail statements.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements as directed by the Business Office Manager.
  • Assist in preparing financial and statistical reports as directed.
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivable. Report delinquent accounts to the Accountant/Business Office Manager/Administrator.
  • Process and document all payments, including those from residents.
  • Generate and review Accounts Receivable reports. Notify financial guarantors of late or problem payments.
  • Generate manual bills for private payments between billing cycle. Management of A/R collections in.
  • Performs month-end closing procedures, providing cash and census information, and generating pre-close reports, meeting Integritus Fiscal deadlines.
  • In the absence of a receptionist, answer phones, greet visitors, deliver messages, etc.
  • Receive payments on accounts and issue/mail receipts, as necessary.
  • Post daily journal and payments as required.
  • Assist in the establishment and maintenance of an adequate accounting system as necessary or directed.
  • Facilitate the petty cash for facility.
  • Schedule repairs and maintenance for all office machines.
  • May assume other duties commensurate with experience and education. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time without notice.

Salary Range
$23-$25 per hour
