Job Description

Hillcrest Staffing has an immediate opening for a knowledgeable well-rounded Paralegal to integrate into a fun yet busy firm. The position seeks a self-motivated individual that takes initiative and can lead a case from beginning to end with minimal direction. Eligible candidates will also need to hold a high-standard when it comes to their attention to detail and time-management.

Job Responsibilities & Skills –

  • Draft motions, pleadings, and appellate documents to be filed with the courts.
  • Gather and assess all discovery from both parties.
  • Conduct case evaluations, investigations, and legal research.
  • Organize trial binders and any pertinent materials need for trial prep.
  • Organize and manage files in case management system.

Requirements –

  • 2-5 years' experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Assistant.
  • Working knowledge of Florida Civil Procedure.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office and filing all court related forms.
