JOB SUMMARY:

This position is a production team member position which requires you to work as a team. You are required to work in a production area and are required to produce quality product efficiently. You must follow routers and or process instruction that are in place. You are under the direction of the production supervisor and are required to work in team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Other duties may be assigned:

• Operate RF Welding Machines
• Pinch and snap small rivets, metal snaps, and assemble tubing
• Pinch and place fabric
• Operate press machines
• Operate Silk screening machines
• Follow all plant safety procedures
• Understand, read, and follow work instructions.
• Maintain a good work ethic and positive attitude

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Environment
• Recognizes OSHA Standards and requirements.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

NOTE: The inability to perform any of the following physical requirements does not preclude an applicant from consideration unless, following an individualized analysis, it is determined that the physical requirement is an essential job function, and the applicant is unable to perform such function with or without reasonable accommodation

• Stand or sit up to 10 hours.
• Pinch and place fabric weighing 5 lbs or less on tool for welding.
• Pull welds weighing up to 20 lbs to inspect quality.
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Push or pull up to 50 lbs
