Overview
Hillsdale College, one of the most unique higher education institutions in the country, is seeking a Podcast Producer to assist in the operation of the Hillsdale College Podcast Network. As a Podcast Producer, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to plan and execute strategies to increase the network's reach, promote the College's mission, and help listeners find other Hillsdale content across topics and channels. You must be well-organized and enthusiastic about the creation and distribution of audio and possess the ability to multitask while paying attention to detail.
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of the Hillsdale College Podcast Network, the Podcast Producer is responsible for overseeing podcast production, organizing and planning release of programs, and maintaining digital and other infrastructure needed to support the network. The candidate will be knowledgeable about both audio and video editing software and will assist in the editing process from beginning to end. Candidate will also ensure all episodes are released on time and that each episode is produced for optimal sound-quality.
