Baseball coaching experience needed.
Strong in the fundamentals of baseball and good knowledge of the sport.
One who understands the development and process of building a successful program throughout all levels.
One who understands the concept of "total athlete" and can tie academics and athletics together.
One who can establish good rapport with the parents and community and promote sportsmanship and participation from the student community.
One who can give feedback on the facility, equipment and safety.
Be a motivator, disciplinarian and have strong organizational skills.
