Job Description
PURPOSE: Generate referrals and admissions through strong relationship-based marketing efforts and expand target market for all of Hillsides Continuum.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve monthly and annual targeted referrals and admissions goals in accordance to Strategic Marketing Plan for Residential, PHP/Day, Intensive In-Home and Virtual Intensive Outpatient programs.
- Furnish leads, opportunities and work in collaboration with other departments and programs.
- Maintain accurate records of all marketing activities including sales calls, presentations, face to face individual and group meetings and follow-up activities in Salesforce. Generate reports with targeted KPIs, conversion ratios and Marketing ROI on activities to include conferences, marketing meetings and presentations.
- Participate and contribute to internal and external events and activities with Development and Community Clinical Education Departments.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Hillside values.
- Review Intake Call Data from the previous week and follow up as needed across the continuum referrals.
- Identify opportunities and represent Hillside at relevant industry conferences and maintain connections within annual Marketing budget.
- Conduct tours with potential admissions or new referral sources.
- Expected travel up to 40-60% of job during the year.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
