Starting Salary Range: $66,560.00 - $75,650.00 per year

The essential functions include:
- Provide mental health services to CalWORKs clients program which include outreach and engagement, crisis intervention, assessment, linkage, advocacy, and individualized services under designated EBP
- Coordinate services, including services for children and significant partners with other Hillsides programs
- Knowledge and practice in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in individual clinical supervision with a licensed supervisor and group supervision with a peer group
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively which includes crisis response and a capacity to manage time well
- Carry a caseload of 25-30 CalWORKs clients, depending on the client's acuity level, Level of Service under the CalWORKs model, which includes administrative oversight of the client's files, and timely completion of goals, EBP related activities and annuals
- Timely reporting of all work-related documentation including mileage reimbursement, EBP documentation, productivity packets and follow up correspondence to HR regarding proof of car insurance and BBS annual registration
- Other duties as required
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES
- Master's degree in social welfare or counseling from an accredited college or university.
- Registered with the BBS and maintain good standing with the BBS during employment
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Experience working with communities from diverse SES backgrounds, with special emphasis on the caregiver's capacity to find gainful employment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with intra-agency systems such as DPSS, DMH, DCFS, Office of Probation, and other government or private entities who are also invested in the client's well being
- Valid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
