TITLE: Branch Services Representative
(Part time/Part benefits)
HOURS: Monday – Friday 1:00pm to 5:00pm, Saturday mornings on a rotation basis
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals
- Handle client service requests regarding account closing, questions on bank products and services, electronic payments and card limits
- Adheres to all security procedures, maintains standards in handling cash drawer and balancing
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Retail or cash handling experience
- Computer skills
- Reliable attendance
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of small office – team oriented
- Professional appearance and demeanor for client interaction
