PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support customers with account inquiries and questions via telephone, e-service inquiries, walk-in and mail by performing the following duties:

• Assist customers in obtaining information and explaining available services such as savings & checking accounts, online banking, mobile banking, debit cards, wire transfers, security code words, stop payments, reconcilements, balance transfers and account closing.
• Encourage e-service clients with ACH processing and general online banking inquiries.
• Assist customers with debit card questions, maintenance & issue new debit cards.
• Provide customer service and support to internal and external clients and resolving customer questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sound written/oral communications skills, including telephone skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, problem solving abilities, & knowledge of bank products & services.
• Computer skills (Word processing, Windows), understanding of online services, typing, spelling & grammar for written communications.
• Effective level of initiative & co-operation to work independently and in conjunction within the department and with other departments to assist with daily operations.
• Knowledge of bank operations desirable.

Compensation will be determined by the candidate's experience.
