Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Managing and updating the Hilltop website and social media channels
- Manage community outreach and development
- Creation of annual marketing and community development plan.
- Creating graphics and copy for all social media platforms and events
- Developing and implementing effective radio and digital ad campaigns
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and creating reports
- Planning and coordinating events from start to finish
- Developing and maintaining relationships with sponsors and managing sponsorships
- Building strong community relationships and partnerships
- Conducting fundraising initiatives and campaigns
- Managing communication with stakeholders and partners
- Developing and managing marketing budgets
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in graphic design and event planning
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
- Experience in managing sponsorships and building partnerships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and conduct fundraising initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in the non-profit space useful but not required
