Here are some of the duties that may be a part of your position as a Maintenance Manager and positively impact the lives of those who call us home!

· Fire drills

· Training staff in fire safety

· Basic maintenance requests from residents

· Room turns

· Safety Program leadership

· First impressions

· Customer Service

Most importantly serving seniors in your community!

We offer a competitive hourly rate that is determined by your experience! If you do not have experience, WE TRAIN!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
