Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Operations Manager for our Operations team in Warminster, PA.

We are seeking an operations professional who would be responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting profitable sales growth. Individuals would be directly responsible for:
- Driving operational excellence and supporting profitable sales growth
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching their teams to become unrivaled industry experts who deliver a consultative-type environment for Hillyard’s end users.
- Developing and implementing company standards and best practices.
- Coordinating service levels and support with the sales leadership, account managers and customers.
- Managing operating expenses.
