What does the role involve? The purpose of the role is to promote the Hilti image, sell Hilti products and services, consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store.
The role involves managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis.
The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.
Scope : Anchor job in Hilti Store structure - manages inventory and sales records; cross-sells, upsells. Hilti North America has been consecutively recognized in Selling Power's Top 50 Companies to Sell For in the last 18 years, coming in at 6 in 2023.

What you need is : Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred Previous customer service and / or sales skills preferred Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships.
Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months. After successful completion of the Engineering Sales Program, the next position will usually require a move;
