Hilton Executive Administrative Assistant
Are you a detail-oriented person who excels at supporting and being an active member of a dynamic team? The General Manager of the Anchorage is looking for the ideal team member who will provide high level administrative support to the GM in the workplace, such as taking calls, scheduling meetings, managing executive requests, clerical duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Maintain hotel records.
Coordinate between the GM and departments in the hotel.
Upload documents to corporate in a timely manner.
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence internally and externally.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Maintain and, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
Make travel arrangements.
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, or in other secretarial position.
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
High level verbal and written communications skills.
Discretion and confidentiality.
High School degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage.
