We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Server and are actively looking to meet the best and brightest talent that the hospitality industry has to offer. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and give a clear and correct description of food and beverage options
- Deliver hot to order items from kitchen to tables
- Input orders into computer and secure accurate payment
- Prepare coffee as well as other specialized drinks
- Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining as needed
- Observe diners and respond to requests
- Complete daily inventory prep sheet
- Knowledge and familiarity of current food and beverage offerings
- Escort guests to tables as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures, i.e., product rotation, dating, labeling, and cleaning
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of hours and available amenities of the hotel
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience a plus, but will train the right fit
- High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach
- A flexible schedule that allows availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on the demands of the hotel
