Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Handle customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain an accurate record of all transactions.
- Perform daily audit procedures to ensure accuracy of guest accounts.
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
- Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area.
- Ensure that all guests are checked in and out in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all cash transactions are properly documented.
