Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations. This includes managing the kitchen, restaurant, bar services, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Manage and train staff members to ensure high-quality service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Create menus and collaborate with the kitchen team on food preparation
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and ensure seamless service
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as necessary
