Restaurant Equipment Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an energetic candidate for our evening restaurant maintenance position. Pay offered will be depending upon experience.

We have a commercial kitchen in our hotel and are in the process of adding a second catering commercial kitchen for our Event Center.

Our beautiful hotel is nestled in historic downtown and includes the restored AT Santa Fe truss railroad bridge and Sam Hill Warehouse; both on the National Historic Register. The hotel’s design pays homage to the city’s history and includes state-of-the-art features and upscale amenities. We will provide guests with Hilton hospitality and kindness.

Our popular restaurant is open 7 days a week. Many maintenance activities will occur over night when the restaurant is closed. Some preventative maintenance activities occur Sundays and Mondays when the restaurant is closed for lunch.

Looking for a technician who can perform basic preventative and remedial maintenance for dishwashing machines, walk-in refrigerators and freezers, sinks, ice machines, beverage coolers and other kitchen equipment.

Looking for a technician who can visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.

Additional ability to paint and patch walls, replace grout, caulk is a plus. Other maintenance skills a plus.

You will be provided with uniforms. You may also help properly operate our pool and whirlpool. And help us lock up facilities in the evenings.

You will perform other duties as requested by management.

Experience

Restaurant Maintenance experience is a plus. A friendly, helpful attitude is required.

Flexible schedule is a must, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
