What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge position at Hilton Grand Vacations?
What will I be doing?
As a Concierge you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Promoting our exclusive new luxury property through face to face guest sales
- Concierge duties Interacting with hotel guests on a daily basis by offering them the opportunity to learn more about our new property through booking/scheduling resort previews and tours
- Providing customer/concierge services to all guests projecting a professional company image
- Assisting in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs, according to the standards of professionalism adhered to by the company.
- 1-2 years of Consumer Sales/Marketing experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
