This is a union position. The rate of pay for this role is $28.82 per hour. What Will I Be Doing? Provides excellence in customer service while greeting and welcoming owners and guests by name, if possible, when arriving and departing. Follows brand standards at all times. Greets and assists with owners and guests transporting and/or securing their luggage appropriately, as well as other special requests and deliveries. Monitor the front entrance of the property and guests’ arrivals. Provides instructions and information regarding the amenities of the room and property services based on our brand standards. Ensures an organized, safe, and clean front entrance and lobby area. Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGVC from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. |
