What will I be doing?
As the Special Event Marketing Coordinator, you will focus 100% of your time calling our current Owners and offering them to take advantage of one of our HGV Ultimate access Events in exchange for attending one of our Owner portfolio reviews.
Other duties include:
- Maintain a positive demeanor with everyone at all times. Team members represent Hilton ON and OFF the clock. Develop professional relationships with hotel staff, and adhere to protocol standards as established by you HGV management staff.
- Carry out all reasonable requests by management, which the team member is capable of performing.
- Maintain established Minimum Performance Standards on monthly basis.

What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Thorough understanding of the local area, restaurants, sightseeing, locations, directions, and optional tours
- Excellent verbal and written communication
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous sales related call center experience or timeshare experience
- Previous tours and activity or concierge service experience
