The Night Auditor Specialist is responsible for performing end-of-day procedures for the front office, verifying information, identifying and resolving discrepancies, posting accounts, and generating and distributing daily reports.
Schedule Details: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
What will I be doing?
- Run daily reports in order to audit
- Build queries in company computer systems and programs
- Monitor for errors and guide various departments to find resolutions for common errors
- Act as virtual night auditor for affiliate properties
- Reconcile merchant accounts
- Complete daily audit of all revenue postings
- Complete accounts receivable billing for groups/wholesalers/HOA’s in a timely manner and follow up on all payments as assigned Complete accounts payable submission of invoices as assigned
