Supervisor Security

What will I be doing?

As a Loss Prevention Supervisor you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Oversee and schedule Security Associates, while providing direction and equipment needed to accomplish their duties. Assist with training on emergency fire procedures, lock system operation, response to all security incidents and accidents, use of force, video camera operation, and fundamental escort procedures.
• Convey all policies, procedures maintaining key control for the resort property; help direct the Resort safety program and committee. Deter and prevent employee theft, ensuring guidelines are carried out as well as completing daily security reports. Perform basic First Aid/CPR when needed.
• Ensure overall compliance of OSHA rules and regulations, apply knowledge of security practices and procedures for the planning, management, and completion of multiple complex assignments.
• Maintain accurate SDS labeling and records. Carries out reasonable requests of management; willing to "pitch in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be an outstanding teammate.

• High School Graduate/GED
• 6 months security, security law enforcement, or military experience
• 1 years job-related experience

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Certified Lodging Security Officer, 3 years of job-related
• Associate Degree, Hotel/Hospitality environment
