About This Resort Recreation Manager Job
As our Resort Recreation Manager, you'll work a
flexible full-time schedule including weekends.
You'll start by dreaming up and executing a dynamic recreational program that's as diverse as our guests' interests - from pool aerobics, crafts, and cultural activities to serene beach yoga sessions. Crafting and coordinating activities and events will be your forte, ensuring there's never a dull moment. And as the expert, you'll keep our guests' recreational calendar full collaborating with our other departments, you'll create seamless, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave guests raving.
Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's degree in an interesting field that enhances our fun, unique culture
- 3 years of related experience, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations for all things fun and adventurous
- Budget management skills
- Ability to work varying schedules including weekends
Lifeguard certification is a plus.
