DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update and maintain workstations and laptops as required: e.g. updating hard drives to SSDs, updating memory, etc.
- Able to setup an configure computer
- Knowledge in AWS, Azure is a
- Hands-on experience with SaaS Software
- Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing software (eg. Zendesk, JIRA)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Linux (as a server), preferably CentOS/RedHat
- Familiarity with Windows Server Administration
- Experience with general IT infrastructure (storage, networking, etc.)
- Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring and analytics
- Prior system troubleshooting experience
- Prior experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail
- Participate in system testing activities related to infrastructure solutions.
- Create technical documentation to ensure effective operations/support of the infrastructure solution.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy
- Assist with operations and production coverage; provide 1st and 2nd level support for technical area of responsibility.
- Comply with Change Management, Release Management, IT Risk - Compliance processes and standards
- Knowledge of standards in IT architecture and infrastructure.
- Strong problem solving capabilities.
- Constant process improvement thinking to reduce delivery time and increase customer satisfaction.
- Participate in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities based upon evaluation of all necessary development and operational considerations
- Participate in the development of system engineering documentation, such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents
- Participate in interface definition, design, and changes to the configuration between affected groups and individuals throughout the life cycle
- Develop system design solution that satisfies the system requirements and fulfills the functional analysis
