What will I be doing?
As the Associate Software Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing enterprise-wide changes to various platforms. You with several different architecture domains and IT disciplines as part of the Customer Platforms team. Using deep technical expertise and analytical skills, the Engineer works closely with Enterprise Architects and multi-functional teams to assess the impact of business requirements on underlying Hilton Worldwide technology capabilities and platforms, identifying risks and issues with mitigations.
More specifically, you will:
- Drive innovation in line with software engineering standards and strategy
- Align business capabilities to IT solutions
- Be responsible for implementing the day-to-day Software Engineering activities for our platforms

- Demonstrated expertise in software design principles
To fulfill this role optimally, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Professional work experience in Technology or related field
- Experience with software design, development & implementation
- Business travel up to 10% as needed
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience
- Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
- Two (2) years of software/platform design, development & implementation experience
