***This role will be based at our global corporate office in McLean, VA following a four-month secondment at a Hilton property. Potential on-property locations include Tokyo, London, New York, and Dubai.***

LAUNCH, Hilton’s early career development program is a select, two-year rotational program designed to develop talented young professionals to become future leaders in our company. Through the program, participants will gain exposure to various departments, functions, and projects, allowing them to develop a broad skill set while building a strong network and gaining a better understanding of our organization.

What will I be doing?

As a LAUNCH participant, you will undertake a series of diverse and challenging assignments to foster your professional development and prepare you for a successful career at Hilton. Your 24-month journey will begin with a four-month global secondment rooting you in a solid understanding of hotel operations followed by two ten-month business rotations across key departments including Brands, Finance, Human Resources, Commercial Marketing, and Loyalty, Operations and Supply Management that will accelerate your growth and build your leadership skills.

Your responsibilities will vary based on the rotations you undertake; your responsibilities may include:

  • Collaborate with teams cross-functionally to build strong working relationships and manage and execute projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret information to provide insights and recommendations that help make informed decisions and process improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports or presentations on project progress, key performance indicators, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders and management.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to various audiences, effectively communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Understand customer needs and expectations and contribute to enhancing customer experiences and satisfaction.
  • Take part in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and assist with the development of new ideas and solutions within the organization.
  • Take advantage of networking opportunities to establish relationships with colleagues, mentors, and leaders across the organization.

Following the successful completion of the program, participants will pursue placement as full-time analysts across our enterprise functions.

The interview process will consist of a digital interview, a Case Study, and a series of virtual face-to-face interviews.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A rising senior, recent graduate, or have 3 years of work experience
  • Willing to relocate within commutable distance to the McLean corporate office for two ten-month rotations
  • Willing to temporarily relocate to a designated location for a four-month on-property immersion
  • Willing to commit to a 2-year program starting in July 2024
  • Can work in the US without employment sponsorship
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship with Hilton or in the hospitality industry
  • Prior internship experience or one (1) year of professional experience
  • Held a leadership position from extracurricular activities, work experience, or in the community
  • Willing to temporarily relocate internationally for a four-month on-property immersion
