Pool Concierge

Coordinate all services for the Resort utilizing our pool center. Ensure following daily shift check lists. Maintains inventory of all retail items. Orchestrates amenities for guests on the pool deck such as water sprays, chilled towels, and food and beverage offerings, floating devices etc. Responsible for ensuring Service Standards are met.
Maintaining and supervising pool cabana tiki bar. Ensuring retail items are stocked, inventory is checked and maintained. Overseeing cleanliness of the operation. Coordinating day to day operations of the Pool deck including proper chair and cabana set up and maintenance, ensuring guests are greeted by name and escorted to respective areas on the deck and serviced accordingly with towel and chair set up. Ensure that all guests' needs are exceeded and service evaluations goals are met. Ensure all beverage offerings as well as suntan lotions and chilled towels, floating devices etc. are available and delivered. Put out chair pads and pick up at end of the day and store away. Relocating and returning furniture for all special events. Pick up used towels from pool deck area, deliver to housekeeping for cleaning, and pick up towels from housekeeping throughout the entire shift. Ensure pool area is consistently stocked with towels for our guests. Actively promotes and markets events and outlet services to Hotel guests, including soliciting guests on pool deck. Ensures that guests utilizing the Pool area are provided with 5 Diamond experience. Deliver all amenities for pool guests. Manages inventory of linen and appropriate guests amenities.
