This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As a Senior Manager Food & Beverage Development, StiR, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Brand Food & Beverage team reporting to Director, Brand F&B, Americas, you will help develop existing concepts, support the on-site implementation and opening process for locations sold at hotels and resorts, and manage StiR Creative Collective’s growing portfolio of turnkey restaurant concept brands.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Deliver a portfolio of eight (8) completed and documented Scalable Brands.
- Support delivery, finalization, pilot, and launch of prototypical Scalable Brands client pitches and other means to grow our portfolio.
- Maintain a complete repository of Scalable Brands content, supporting information, and stircreativecollective.com.
- Evaluate development opportunities to propose the best-fit Scalable Brands by market and property and visit prospective sites to evaluate development opportunities across the Americas.
- Evaluate open and trading concepts and properties to ensure standards and performance are maintained.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Be a direct contact and project manager for all Scalable Brand concepts sold.
- Support ongoing franchising documentation and regulatory processes with internal legal partners.
- Interface with and manage third-party agencies, consultants, and other partners tasked with supporting Scalable Brands development. Examples include: graphic designers and creative agencies, operations consultants, uniform vendors, and OSE suppliers.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Manage all delivered assets and Scalable Brands content to ensure long-term viability and relevance in-market.
- Be a subject matter expert and spokesperson for Scalable Brands portfolio, marketing and messaging the portfolio internally and externally.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Six (6) years of diverse Food & Beverage experience
- Two (2) years of operational experience
- Two (2) years of project management experience
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Demonstrated understanding of restaurant financials
It would be useful if you have:
- Degree or academic study in Hotel Management, Culinary, Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing/Branding, and or General/Liberal Arts
- Proficiency in a relevant second language: Spanish, Portuguese
