Our company is looking for an HR/Recruiter to join our Human Resources Department. We're looking for an individual who can handle multiple tasks and is capable of prioritizing projects to accomplish daily goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a customer service-oriented position. The responsibilities of this position may include cold calling, interviewing job candidates, researching and recommending specific candidates to fill positions, client contact and telephone interviews, job posting, screening potential applicants, updating job postings, and tracking applicant status. This position will also aid in new hire paperwork, orientation, drug screening, and benefits.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and driven to outperform.
  • Computer skills required - Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products. DriverReach software a plus.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communications.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Good problem solving and inter-personal skills.
  • Experience in the fast-paced office, with little down time is essential.
  • Staffing or recruiting experience a plus.

Preferred

  • Marketing background
  • Human Resources experience
  • Pay DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
