Key Account Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Manage and maintain relationships with DSO (Key Account) customers
- Understand customer requirements and collaborate with internal departments to address them
- Track and report account-related data and performance
- Daily management and maintenance of DSO (Key Account) customers
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to address customer requirements and issues
- Continuously track and report account-related data and performance
- Strengthen relationships with customers and identify business opportunities
- Provide services and solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Participate in relevant projects and initiatives to foster account growth
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in customer management and sales
- Ability to work across diverse organizations and teams
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe
