What are the responsibilities and job description for the Planning Assistant Manager position at Hiossen?
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Formulate comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, consumers, and competitive landscapes
- Create monthly reports of Sales and Collection regarding DSO markets
- Set up new policies for special market customers and document the policies
- Create marketing materials for targeted customers promoting Hiossen products
- Create training materials for the sales division to enhance understanding of the DSO market and promote sales activities
- Participate in projects with internal teams based on identifying problems and improvements in the current system
- Other job and duties to support the DSO team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in customer management and sales
- Ability to work across diverse organizations and teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
