Job Title: Field Production staff

Job Description: HIPERLINE is seeking field production staff to join our team! In this position, you'll be responsible for providing support to our Crew Leaders and team members in the field, assisting with installing high-performance manhole liners. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and be able to work in a team environment while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general labor support to foreman and team members

• Assist with set up and clean up of job sites

• Use pressure washers, grinders, spray foam and polyurea

• Maintain accurate records related to projects 

• Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and procedures

• Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and productivity in support of HIPERLINE's mission to be a positive influence on the lives of our families and the communities we serve!

• Assist Crew Leaders with general equipment maintenance

• Create and maintain positive relationships with team members and customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Warm, supportive, and patient personality style

• Must live within a 20-minute drive of Cokato, MN

Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay based on union scale ($20-$38 per hour)

• Unique work schedule: typically 36-39 weeks per year, with January, February, and half of March off

• Paid commute in company vehicles, which results in ~10 hours a week OT

• Job based incentive/bonus program $5-15,000 per year.
