Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Oversee and manage the payroll processing for all employees, including salaries, bonuses, benefits, and deductions. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing on a bi-weekly/monthly basis. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Team Management: Supervise, train, and support the payroll team. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure efficient workflow.
- System Management: Maintain and update payroll systems and software. Collaborate with IT and HR departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll systems with other company software.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for payroll operations.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, SAP).
