Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators & Turret Operators (Summer Employment)
The Opportunity
Hire Dynamics is now hiring Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators & Turret Operators for summer employment at a local distribution center. Warehouse Associate: Work within one of the distribution center departments to fold, tag, apply hangers and package apparel to meet customer demands or utilize non-powered equipment to load/unload and transport materials between warehouse areas.
Forklift Operator: Work within the distribution center to operate equipment (forklifts, walkies, pacers and high-reach trucks) to move materials. You will also handle cartons by performing pallet picks, case picks, pallet building and placing cases on our conveyor.
Turret Operator: Operate turret truck order picker to case and pallet pick. Must not be afraid of heights.
Shifts & Pay
- 1st Shift: Tuesday - Thursday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM ($15-$18/hr)
- 2nd Shift: Tuesday - Thursday 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM ($16-$19/hr)
- 3rd Shift: Tuesday - Thursday 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM ($15.75-$18.75/hr)
- Opportunity for overtime (daily and/or weekend)
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Candidates must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass Powered Equipment Certification tests for each piece of equipment assigned
Attributes

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Stand/walk for up to 8 hours a day
- Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout the day
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English in order to receive instructions and communicate with team members
- Hearing is required in order to hear instructions, safety warnings, and equipment operation
- Vision is required in order to operate a radio-frequency keyboard and/or scanner and complete required data-entry
