We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a General Laborer local to the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. The ideal candidate will be reliable, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
In this role as a General Laborer, you will mostly be outside performing maintenance task such a cleaning and making ready a construction site.
Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas Schedule: Monday-Friday Time: 8AM - 5PM Hourly Pay: $15. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming debris from floors, walls, and other surfaces.
Remove and dispose of construction waste, including materials such as wood, metal, concrete, and insulation, in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.
Clear pathways and access points to ensure safe movement of personnel, equipment, and materials around the site.
Assist with the dismantling and removal of temporary structures such as scaffolding, barriers, and fencing.
Clean and organize tools, equipment, and machinery used on the site, ensuring they are stored securely and ready for future use
