Responsibilities Assessing patient respiratory status, performing diagnostic tests, and interpreting results. Administering respiratory treatments and therapies, including oxygen therapy, bronchodilators, and mechanical ventilation. Monitoring patient responses to treatments and interventions, adjusting therapy plans as needed. Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Providing patient education and support regarding respiratory conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques. Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
