In this pivotal role, you will execute the company's acquisition strategy, focusing on due diligence, brand management, and financial analysis to ensure seamless transitions. You'll work closely with C-level executives and industry professionals, creatively overcoming obstacles and managing complex relationships to drive successful acquisitions.
Responsibilities
Lead Comprehensive Due Diligence: Conduct thorough financial analysis, collaborate with legal counsel, and manage due diligence efforts to ensure informed decision-making.
Drive Informed Investment Strategies: Provide updates on the acquisition pipeline, lead discussions with the Investment Committee, and secure support for strategic acquisitions.
Manage Acquisition Process & Pipeline: Oversee due diligence efforts, develop financial models, and manage multiple opportunities concurrently to achieve targets.
Secure Investment Approval: Develop valuation models and deliver presentations to secure board support for acquisitions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees in finance or business are beneficial.
7 years of M&A experience, preferably in transaction services or lead advisory roles.
Proven track record of managing M&A processes from initiation to completion.
Strong financial modeling, analysis, and valuation skills with knowledge of healthcare industry metrics.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with C-suite executives, legal counsel, and internal teams.
Team player with a collaborative and problem-solving approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Willingness to travel occasionally, estimated at around 15%.
