·        looking for 7-8 years as an instructional content creator

·        This person will be working on the help center of this payment product

·        Need someone who has experience with Instructional Writing/Instructional content writing – Most important (Not typical Tech Writer)

·        User experience mindset

·        Should come from or Familiar with Payments/Fintech background/Banking

·        Chatbot writing – Big Big plus
