Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Train and mentor junior electricians
- Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and reports
- Participate in project planning and execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and supervision
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
- Experience with HMIs, PLCs, industrial drives, switchgear, and power up to 4160V
