Our client is looking for a fun, passionate, and experienced full-time Preschool Teacher to work with 3-year-olds at their premier preschool in Westford, MA. Job Responsibilities:
· Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, effectively and professionally with school personnel, children, and parents
· Ability to understand and support the education program using “learning through play” philosophy
· Ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all times
· Ability to change children’s diapers and/or assist with toileting (where necessary)
· Ability to lift items/children ~50 pounds
· Ability to multitask in a lively environment and work well within a team
· Ability to handle crisis situations, including assisting in evacuating the building during emergencies
Qualifications:
· CDA, AA, or BA in ECE or related field preferred however not required
· A desire to become certified with financial assistance offered by the school if not already certified
· A year of experience in a licensed early education facility preferred
· A desire to work with children
· Meet background check eligibility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
